Colour Variation on Screen
Many computers calibrate colours differently to each other. This means that the colour that appears on screen may vary slightly from the colour in real life. Unfortunately this variation is beyond our control. If you are uncertain of a colour or trying to work out a scheme, we would recommend purchasing a sample.
Returns & Exchanges
We want to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. Please be mindful that we are a small, independent, creative retailer.
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, the following conditions must be met:
1. The goods must be returned to Sunday Folk Textiles within 14 days of you receiving them.
2. The goods must be in the same condition as purchased. Unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned in their original condition with packaging and tags in tact.
Process for Return & Exchanges:
1. Please email us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your goods requesting a refund or exchange. Please include a reason in your request.
2. Please post your goods & packaging, with the original postage packaging to the following address: Sunday Folk Textiles, PO Box 530, Freshwater, NSW 2096 Australia
3. Your refund or exchange may take up to 5 working days to process. If you have requested a refund, we will refund you for the amount of your purchase, minus the shipping costs.
4. If you have requested an exchange, please include a pre-paid postage barcode with the returned goods, for the new item to be sent to you. The postage will need to cover an item the same size & weight, in most cases, as the one you are returning to us. The cost of the postage when exchanging is to be paid by the customer.
5. We will notify you via email when your return or exchange has been processed.
What if I believe it is faulty?
Sunday Folk cushions are printed on fabrics made of 100% natural fibres and as such the fabrics will have slubs, small flyaway fibres and small imperfections. We do not consider these to be faults or flaws as they are apart of the natural characteristics of the cloth. Small printed imperfections are not considered faults, nor are dye-lot variations. As with all designs that are printed on natural fibres such as linen, the printed fibres may shift or wear unevenly- this is not considered a fault or flaw and is characteristic of printing on this material.
Should you not follow the Care Instructions stated on the tag on the inside of the cushion and also on this website, any resulting damage to the cushion is not considered a fault and no refund or exchange will be offered.
If you do believe your item is faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving the item, describing the fault. Please include a photograph. If Sunday Folk Textiles deems the item to be faulty, in accordance with Australian Consumer law, we will offer to repair, exchange or refund the item in a timely manner. The returned item must be unused, unwashed and in it's original packaging.
We ship Australia wide and internationally. Your goods are despatched from our studio within 5 working days of the order being placed.
Sunday Folk Textiles use Australia Post & Fastway to deliver, depending on your location and the quantity of goods.
Australian Customers: Please allow 4-6 working days for delivery. Regional areas may take up to 10 days for delivery. All packages are tracked and we will email you with your tracking number once the item has been despatched. Please ensure you are shipping to an address where a signature can be provided upon delivery, such as your workplace. If this is not possible, please let us know in the notes on checkout. Sunday Folk Textiles cannot assume responsibility for any goods that are lost or stolen if no signature is able to be provided upon delivery.
International Customers: Please allow 10-15 working days for delivery. We will provide you with a tracking number where possible. Rates for international delivery do not include any duties, insurances, taxes or surcharges that may apply to landed goods in your particular country. Please check with the customs authority in your country to find out how much these will be. Any additional charges, such as those listed above, are the responsibility of the customer.
Damage & Delay: Sunday Folk Textiles cannot assume responsibility for delays to your delivery, packages lost in transit or packages unable to be delivered as the wrong postal address has been supplied. If your package has been damaged in transit, please take a photo and email us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving the goods. Please keep the goods together in their original packaging along with the damaged box. We will be in touch with further instructions.
Sunday Folk Textiles' cushions are printed on a linen/cotton blend base-cloth using natural pigment based inks.
They are dry clean only using hydro carbon.
As they are printed on a natural base cloth with imperfections, you can expect the cushions to wear over time. This is to be expected for any natural product, and we believe contributes to the beauty and character of the product.
Do not leave in direct sunlight. Whilst the inks used are as stabilised as possible, all natural products will fade if exposed to the sun for long periods of time.
Do not machine or hand wash. Do not iron the zipper.
All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars AUD and include 10% GST. Sunday Folk Textiles reserves the right to change the pricing at any time without notice.
Currency: To the best of our knowledge, information supplied on this website is current, however we cannot guarantee the currency information supplied on the website.
Intellectual Property: All images, information & content on this website belongs to Sunday Folk Textiles and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws, including those governing the USA, Europe & the Asia-Pacific. This includes, but is not limited to: The designs on our products, our logo, graphics, product photographs & site content. Any commercial use or replication of our intellectual property without permission from Sunday Folk Textiles is strictly prohibited.
Limit of Liability: To the fullest extent applicable by governable laws Sunday Folk Textiles exclude and disclaim liability for any losses or damage of any kind (whatever the cause, including by negligence) arising from or relating to the content or use of this website. We will not be liable to you for any consequential loss, indirect or otherwise, arising from or relating to, in any way your use of this website. This includes, however is not limited to, the transmission of any computer viruses or anything else that may damage or interfere with the operations of your computer system or hand-held device, such as your phone or ipad.
Sunday Folk Textiles does not keep your credit card details on file and does not receive credit card details made through Paypal and Stripe. Customers can check out using the secure payment gateways of Paypal & Stripe.
Sunday Folk Textiles does not disclose your personal details to any 3rd parties.
Your personal information will be collected by Sunday Folk Textiles in order to check out of our online store, or when you subscribe to our newsletter. When you provide Sunday Folk Textiles with your personal details, you consent to the use of your personal information in order to fulfil your order and deliver your goods and to contact you occasionally with a marketing newsletter.

trade terms & conditions
By placing an order, the buyer accepts the terms & conditions listed above and below:
MINIMUM ORDER: $100 + GST + Freight. Freight charged at cost.
DELIVERY WINDOW- WINTER 2018: Orders placed by Friday March 2nd will be delivered between April 6th- April 13th.
PRICES: All Sunday Folk Textiles have a RRP and must not be priced under this, unless it is clearly stated "On Sale".
PAYMENT: A 50% deposit is payable at the time of ordering. All orders must be paid for in full prior to shipping. We are not able to offer accounts. We accept Visa, Mastercard, bank transfers & PayPal.
SHIPPING: Charged at cost and must be paid for in full prior to despatch. Any International Duties/ Charges / Taxes & Tariffs and Customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
RETURNS: Any problems with an order must be reported via email within 5 days of delivery. Please do not return goods until you are issued with a return number and instructions. Goods returned without one will not be credited.
VARIATIONS: Sunday Folk Textiles are printed on natural fabrics with variations such as fly-aways, slubs, knobs and loose fibres. We do not consider these natural characteristics to be flaws or faults and no credit will be issued. This is accepted by the buyer upon placement of the order.
